Warranties are very important when it comes to gun safes. Safes have a lot of components, each with their own coverages. Below we'll list the general coverage for a new safe from the major brands we carry.

 

The information below is to give you the basics of the warranties so you can make informed decisions when buying your safe. For full warranty details, contact the manufacturer.

Warranty information below is for Liberty's UL listed safes and within the United States.

 

Theft/Attempted Theft and Fire: Limited Lifetime

Workmanship: Limited Lifetime

Factory Installed Lock: 5 years mechanical lock, 5 years electronic lock

Electrical: 1 year (lights, cords, etc.)

Paint/Upholstery: 5 years

 

• Safe must be registered for the warranty to be valid.

• Serial number is required to begin the warranty process.

• The warranty is for all Liberty UL listed safes only.

• The warranty covers parts, labor & delivery.

• The warranty does NOT cover accidents, negligence, abuse, etc.

• The warranty does NOT cover the contents of the safe, only the safe itself.

• Warranties are transferable.

Warranty information below is for Browning ProSteel safes and within the United States.

 

Theft/Attempted Theft and Fire: Limited Lifetime

Workmanship: 5 years

Paint/Upholstery: 5 years

• The warranty does NOT cover accidents, negligence, abuse, etc.
