Scheduling & Courtesy Call
We typically set up the delivery date when you buy your safe, but we also call you two days before the appointment to confirm the date and time, as well as make sure we answer any lingering questions you might have.
On-Time Delivery
Our crew takes pride in being on time for your appointment. A running joke we have is "we're not affiliated with the cable company, so if we say 1:00, we'll be there at 1:00." It's a rare thing for us to be late, but when the unavoidable happens, you'll receive updates and we'll explore every possible solution to prevent any additional inconvenience.
Professional Service From An Experienced Crew
Our crew is fully experienced in moving safes and we know the ins and outs of the job. We arrive with all the equipment needed to install your safe properly and safely. We take a look at every job and assess the best way to go about it, and if there are any unforeseen complications we will work out the best solution to get the safe where it needs to go.
Bolting Down Your Safe
We offer bolting down your safe into your concrete foundation at no additional charge to the installation, and for a small fee in the case of safe moves from house to house. Bolting down your safe is highly recommended for security and safety reasons.
- It keeps the safe steady so it doesn't tip over. Bbolting it down helps in the case of earthquakes or in some cases where the safe is considerably wider than it is deep.
- It keeps thieves from easily taking it. If thieves can get it out of the house and to a private location, they can take all the time in the world to get it open.
- It protects your home. If a thief can move the safe, they're not going to care about your house. They can damage your floors, your walls, your doors and anything else that gets in their way of trying to get it out, which can end up being really expensive.
The only time we can't bolt a safe down is in a post-tension foundation. This type of foundation is too risky to drill into due to the risk of hitting a cable, which could cause serious damage and injury.
Instructions and Q&A
Once your safe is installed, the team will make sure you understand how the lock works, as well as go over any other operational and maintenance questions you have. They'll be happy to answer any questions you have regarding your safe before you leave.
