Great communication. No problems with the service
First and Foremost, I do a lot of online shopping, I was looking for this particular safe EVERYWHERE! found it on T&T Liberty Safe’s site, I called the store to confirm that it was the correct model and actually in stock. Sure enough it was, I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me, but was very, kind and professional and double checked with me as to where the safe would be shipped if purchased online (max 150 miles), with all that in order, I purchased via website which was very simple and fast. To my surprise my safe was waiting at my doorstep when I got home from work the very next day. A+++ from the purchase to delivery. Now as for the safe itself, man this thing has lol the bells and whistles anyone can ask for. I have two young girls who are familiar and respectful of firearms in the household, but I also have tons of nieces and NEWPHEWS who are over my house quite often. With my increased handgun collection, I wanted something in place that I could trust and have fast access to. From the push alert notifications on my phone to the biometric, keypad, quick access key, and physical key options to get access to my safe, I feel I’m all set. I plan on adding more safes to my other homes, and plan on continuing to use T&T Liberty Safes to fulfill my Vaultek and/or other safe needs.
